The project
Meridian's clinical staff reported spending significant appointment time walking patients through paperwork that should have been self-explanatory — dense paragraphs, inconsistent type sizes, and low-contrast printed text that was genuinely difficult to read for many of the clinic's older patients. The redesign applied real accessibility-minded typography and layout discipline throughout: a clear type hierarchy, generous line spacing, and print-contrast choices checked against the same accessibility principles as the studio's own web design work, not treated as a web-only concern.
Delivered as a full print collateral system — intake forms, care-plan handouts, and waiting-room signage — rolled out across all of Meridian’s clinic locations with a shared style guide for future materials.
