The project
Anchorpoint's initial creative brief called for a standard architectural-rendering flythrough video, the default format for a pre-sale real estate launch — but Discovery interviews with the development's own sales team surfaced that prospective buyers asked far more about the surrounding neighborhood, walkability, and nearby amenities than about the building's architectural details. Strategy repositioned the campaign around neighborhood context instead: real footage of the surrounding area combined with architectural visualization, rather than a rendering-only approach.
Delivered as a 2-minute hero launch video and a six-part short-form social series, each covering a different real neighborhood amenity near the development, for use across the pre-sale campaign’s paid and organic channels.
